	A difficult year but Holidays continued with a week in Falmouth in Cornwall with our regular Tour Operator - Titan Holidays. We stayed in 'The Royal Duchy' for our May holiday week.

As very keen cycling fans our long life dream of attending the Tour de France was realised. At the beginning of June we travelled with Ledger Holidays to Middlesborough in Yorkshire to the Holiday Inn.

A weekend stay enabled us to visit the Headrow in Leeds to watch the start of the first stage of this prestigous race.

On Sunday the following day, we travelled to Sheffield to watch stage two of the Tour de France

At the end of the month and to celebrate our 53rd Wedding Anniversary we travelled again with Ledger Holidays to Paris to watch the final stage of the Tour de France observing from both the Champs Elysee and around the Arc de Triomphe.

For the entire stay we were accommodated in the Best Western Hotel at the delightful village of Roissy en France near to Charles de Gaulle Airport.


	In the Autumn, we travelled north once again to enjoy a late September Holiday week around Northumberland and South-East Scotland, Travelling to the border towns and Edinburgh at the week of the Scottish Independence referendum and enjoying the superb beaches near Beadnell. Our weeks stay was in Seabreeze Cottages - a fantastic experience.
