Anthony (son of Frederick jnr & Doris), married Maureen (nee Sadler) and finally moved to a small rural village close to Solihull in the West Midlands after taking their early retirement.

This follows a combined service of over 63 years for Anthony and Maureen working at AGCO, formerly the Massey Ferguson Tractor Factory (now closed for Tractor Production) near Coventry in the UK.

Frederick (Jnr.) also worked at the factory for 10 years up to his retirement in 1974.   Frederick (Snr.) was involved with the construction of the same factory and continued in the support services of the plant.  He retired in 1952 after 17 years on that site. Both have now died.

The site of the Tractor Works has now been razed to the ground and a large housing development has been completed with shopping centre and supporting infrastructure.

The family up to this point had continued in 'Agriculture' in some form or other - from whence they came!
